We understand that your child's developmental milestones, clinical registrations, and appointment intake details are deeply private.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect developmental information that you explicitly provide when using our interactive portals:
- Intake Consultations: Client name, email address, phone number, and optional caregiver observation notes.
- Newsletters: Subscribed email address logs.
- Volunteer & Donor Applications: Personal coordinates and areas of support interest.
2. How We Secure Data
All submitted intake records are hosted in a secure PostgreSQL server protected by strict **Row-Level Security (RLS)** rules. Anonymous users cannot query or select clinical records from the database. Only authenticated care staff advisors can retrieve intake inquiries.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We never sell, rent, or distribute caregiver observations or pediatric request forms to third-party marketing networks. Personal details are shared only with specified local clinics or speech/OT therapists when you request a diagnostic screening call.
